Manager (Accounting)

The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a team consisting of Senior associates and Entry level associates.
  • Review work products of Senior associates and Entry level associates.
  • Research complex tax and GAAP-related issues.
  • Communication with tax authorities.
  • Communication with clients regarding business, accounting, and tax-related issues.
  • Prioritize and schedule work for Senior associates and Entry level associates.
  • Accept responsibility of quality and efficiency of preparation of corporate and individual tax returns, Financial Statements and Tax Research.
  • Develop business contacts to generate new leads.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school, and have a CPA license. Candidates must be organized, possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, must possess leadership skills, and have the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is negotiable and depends on experience. At least five years of public accounting experience is preferable.

Senior Associate (Accounting)

The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and review of Corporate and Partnership tax returns.
  • Preparation and review of compiled, reviewed, and audited Financial Statements and supporting work papers for various size corporations.
  • Research complex tax and GAAP related issues.
  • Communication with tax authorities.
  • Supervise and review work of Entry level associates.
  • Communication with clients regarding business, accounting, and tax-related issues.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school, a CPA license or be working toward the CPA designation. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is negotiable and depends on experience. At least three year of public accounting experience is preferable.

Entry-Level Associate (Accounting)

The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of Corporate, Individual, and Partnership tax returns
  • Preparation of compiled, reviewed, and audited Financial Statements and supporting work papers for various size corporations
  • Assist clients with accounting services including general ledger account maintenance and bank reconciliations on a variety of accounting software
  • Research complex tax issues
  • Respond to inquiries from tax authorities

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school, a CPA license or be working toward the CPA designation. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment. Salary is negotiable and depends on experience. At least one year of public accounting experience is preferable.

Internships (Accounting)

The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position will include, but are not limited to, assisting associates, managers, senior managers, and partners with the following:

  • Preparation of Corporate, Individual, and Partnership tax returns
  • Preparation of compiled, reviewed, and audited Financial Statements and supporting work papers for various size corporations
  • Providing accounting services including general ledger account maintenance and bank reconciliations on a variety of accounting software
  • Research of complex tax issues
  • Responding to inquiries from tax authorities
  • Other duties as assigned

Applicants must be a college junior majoring in accounting, finance, or economics with a desire to become a CPA. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment. Intyllus pays interns a competitive hourly rate.
